Luxury item exchange requests should be emailed to Shelley@Luxury24-7.com within 72 hours of receipt of items purchased.
Items must be returned in the original condition, in which the luxury items was received, including but not limited to the Luxury 24-7 retail tag and shipping inventory tag.
Shipping & Delivery
All items will be shipped utilizing FedEx Ground and require a signiture upon receipt. Shipping addresses and Billing addresses must match unless you are a well-established customer in which case we will handle special request on a case by case basis.
Luxurry 24-7 only ships domestically.

Returns & Replacements

Exchange Items must be returned in the original condition, in which the luxury items was received, including but not limited to the Luxury 24-7 retail tag and shipping inventory tag.
Most of our items are unique which makes replacing them incredibaly difficult. However, if an item is lost we will do our best to replace it with a like type item that is mutually agreed upon between Luxury 24-7 and the client. If comparable product cannot be found a refund for the item will be issued. (It is for this reason that your billing address and shipping address must match and why we require a signature upon receiving.)
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We only accept Visa or MasterCard as methods of payment. The currency utilized on the site is in US dollars. Our pricing is based upon the items condition and availability or rarity. We do run promotions via our website, our retail store and our social media accounts. The terms and conditions of promotions will be generated with each event. The Buyer will pay the Purchase Price in accordance with the procedures set out in the Seller's website.
