Does Luxury 24-7 consign items?

No, currently we do not take on consignment items.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept payment,in the form of Visa and or Mastercard.

Reasons for a rejection can be:

Insufficient funds - it is necessary to charge your account or to extend current credit limit;

Your card is on a "blacklist" - it is reported as being stolen, lost or blocked by the cardholder;

Card issuer doesn't authorize eCommerce transactions - issuing bank must be contacted and asked to activate this service. Of course, this can be verified even when the customer chooses a certain type of card, because there are some banks which do not allow these kind of transactions;

The card issuing bank could not be contacted and the defined "stand-in" limits do not allow eCommerce transactions or there is a specific maximum value of the transaction. You will have to call your bank support line using the phone numbers printed on the back of your credit/debit card. Your card issuing bank is the only place where realistic information regarding the transaction incident can be found.

Do I have to pay Tax?

Yes, clients are responsible for applicable taxes. Can I change my order after checkout? Please notice that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancelations. If you need to make any alterations to your order, please email us at info@luxury24-7.com with your pertinent order number. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. However, once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

The minimal personal information we require is used for the sole purposes of business transactions to execute your order in a proper and expedited manner. We reserve the right to contact you for business correspondence. We collect only the information you voluntarily submit when signing up for your account, no other information is collected

Do the pictures show the true quality of the product I will receive?

Yes, what you see is what you get. The pictures on our website are the images of the actual luxury items you will receive upon purchase transaction completion.

Shipping & Returns

How can I track my parcel online?

You will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link once your item(s) have shipped. Tracking numbers are typically valid within 48 hours. If there is still no tracking information available after 3 days, please contact us via email.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary and can take up to 3-5 business days from ship date. All items are shipped via FedEx ground, unless a P.O. Box is provided. Expedited and International shipping is available at an additional fee. Please note: Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.

Does Luxury 24-7 accept returns?

We hope you love and cherish your new item for years to come. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a fast and easy return policy. We offer a full refund for returns received within 14 days of the purchase date. The Luxury 24-7 sales and security tag must be attached to receive a full refund.
