- We offer free shipping through Fedex Ground. Expedited and International shipping is available at an additional fee.

- When payment is sent using PayPal, we will only ship to the confirmed address that is provided.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:

- You may contact us for a FREE FEDEX RETURN LABEL. If you elect not to use this, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. International return shipping costs (including customs fees and taxes) are your responsibility.
- Items must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
- Signature at delivery is required.
- If you use USPS express, insurance is required. Please make sure to note your tracking information.
- Please save your receipt from Fedex. You will need this to track your return.
ITEM CONDITION & TAGS
- All returned items must be in the same condition as purchased. If not, it will affect the refund value.
- Our Luxury 24-7 security tag MUST be attached to receive a full refund.
- All “accessories” (i.e. dust bag, authenticy card, box, etc.) must be included and in the same condition.
PAYMENT
- All eligible returns will be refunded using the same form of payment used in the original purchase or as Luxury 24-7 credit, “Lux-Bux”.
